We are dedicated to redefining Pilates through precision-based training and refined design. Our classes, private sessions, and strength training are built to sculpt, strengthen, and elevate the body—grounded in control, intentional movement, and a modern approach to performance.

[ About ]

We create training experiences for those who expect more—from both their bodies and their environment. Our approach blends precision-based Pilates and strength training, delivered through intentional programming and refined design.

Our training is structured in focused blocks—BUILD, designed for targeted, isolated strength development, and REFINE, a full-body approach that enhances definition and control. Together, they create a progressive system built to sculpt, strengthen, and elevate the body—especially in the months leading into summer.

FOUNDERS

LEANNE & BEN

SCULPT was built from a shared vision—bringing together decades of experience in movement, performance, and coaching.

Leanne Dunlop, with over 20 years in the fitness industry, has worked across personal training, Pilates, and elite performance coaching. She has also trained classical ballet students who have gone on to professional careers in Australia, Germany, and England. Fully qualified in fitness, Pilates, and pre and postnatal training, her approach is grounded in precision, longevity, and a deep understanding of the body.

Ben Dunlop brings a background in professional dance, Pilates, and strength training, supported by formal training through the Royal Academy of Dance. Also qualified in fitness, Pilates, and pre and postnatal training, his approach focuses on structure, aesthetic, and progression—shaping the programming and overall direction of SCULPT.

Together, they’ve created a system that moves beyond traditional Pilates—combining strength, control, and refined design within a premium, highly curated environment.

SCULPT continues to evolve, but the foundation remains the same: disciplined training, intelligent programming, and a commitment to results.

Switching between time blocks (e.g. morning to afternoon or evening) will be treated as a late cancellation, and standard fees will apply.

All switches are subject to availability and cannot be made if either class is full.

  • We offer dedicated pre and postnatal support through private training and small-group sessions. All prenatal clients must inform their instructor prior to class.

For those who are pregnant, we recommend beginning with a 1:1 Private Session to ensure training is tailored appropriately to your body and stage.
