  • For best results, we recommend training 3–5 times per week, depending on your goals and membership type

  • Membership freezes are available for Unlimited Memberships and all recurring memberships for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.

    All freeze requests must be submitted to hello@sculptnewyork.com at least 30 days prior to your intended freeze date.

  • Membership classes do not roll over into the next billing cycle.

  • Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels, with instructors providing guidance and modifications throughout class.
